Job Description
Global Enablement & Localization Specialist at Muvr responsible for localization strategy and execution. Collaborating cross-functionally to adapt products and processes for regional relevance.
Responsibilities:
- Own localization strategy for markets, languages, and regions
- Adapt product copy, operational processes, and customer-facing content for local relevance
- Ensure consistency with global brand and operational standards
- Support launch readiness for new markets, regions, or service expansions
- Ensure internal teams are enabled with localized playbooks, SOPs, and training materials
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs for successful regional rollouts
- Partner with Product and Content to localize in-app copy, web content, and lifecycle messaging
- Work with Ops and Support to localize workflows, policies, and scripts
- Review localized assets for accuracy, tone, and cultural relevance
- Track performance and adoption across localized markets
Requirements:
- 4–7+ years of experience in localization, enablement, operations, or program roles
- Experience supporting multi-market or international launches
- Strong attention to detail and cultural sensitivity
- Ability to manage cross-functional dependencies
- Clear communication and documentation skills
- Experience in marketplaces, logistics, or tech-enabled services
- Familiarity with translation tools, localization platforms, or CMS workflows
- Experience working with global or distributed teams
