Job Description
Global Microsoft GTM lead orchestrating Arrow's worldwide vendor go-to-market execution. Translating Microsoft priorities into country activation playbooks, governance frameworks and measurable commercial motions.
Responsibilities:
- Own the global Microsoft GTM operating rhythm in alignment with the Global Director of Hyperscalers
- Translate strategic priorities into clear execution plans for global leads, regions and countries
- Manage and coordinate the team of global leads, setting priorities and ensuring alignment across workstreams
- Drive the daily relationship with Microsoft stakeholders as Arrow's central point of contact
- Guide internal teams on Microsoft priorities, messaging, escalation paths, stakeholder engagement and initiative ownership
- Translate Microsoft vendor programs, campaigns and strategic initiatives into practical frameworks for countries and partners
- Connect global strategy with local execution and support launch, follow-up and adoption
- Ensure alignment across sales, marketing, operations, enablement, partner programs, vendor management and regional leadership
- Build repeatable GTM frameworks and playbooks for consistent execution across markets
- Track execution and business impact, consolidate progress, identify gaps and prepare leadership updates
- Prepare executive summaries, business updates, stakeholder briefings and recommendations
- Design and roll out operating rhythms, stakeholder engagement models, governance frameworks, country activation playbooks, priority trackers, executive business review materials and an internal Microsoft knowledge hub
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and of how a value-added distributor operates, including partner models, channel dynamics, incentives, programs and vendor engagement
- Experience managing go-to-market execution across multiple countries, regions or business units
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders, both internally and externally, in a complex international organisation
- Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional teams, workstreams or global leads without relying only on direct authority
- Strong programme and project management skills, with the ability to structure priorities, track execution, follow up rigorously and keep multiple initiatives moving in parallel
- Ability to translate strategic vendor priorities into practical commercial motions, frameworks, enablement assets and execution plans
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and create clear, executive-ready updates
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve and alignment across teams is critical
