Job Description

Project Manager leading project activities at ICON healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization. Responsible for project delivery, managing teams, and stakeholder engagement while maintaining timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and coordinate project activities
  • Developing and managing detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Leading cross-functional project teams and facilitating effective communication
  • Monitoring project progress and implementing strategies to address challenges
  • Engaging with stakeholders to manage expectations
  • Preparing and presenting project reports and performance metrics to senior management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field is preferred
  • Significant experience in project management and team leadership
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
  • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 30%)
