Job Description
Project Manager leading project activities at ICON healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization. Responsible for project delivery, managing teams, and stakeholder engagement while maintaining timelines and budgets.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and coordinate project activities
- Developing and managing detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Leading cross-functional project teams and facilitating effective communication
- Monitoring project progress and implementing strategies to address challenges
- Engaging with stakeholders to manage expectations
- Preparing and presenting project reports and performance metrics to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field is preferred
- Significant experience in project management and team leadership
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 30%)
