Job Description

Global Trade Compliance Analyst within NVIDIA's Legal Team in EMEA. Collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance with trade regulations and managing import/export activities.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be working within NVIDIA’s Legal Team in the EMEA region, supporting other functional groups including: EMEA Corporate Shipping / Receiving, regional Trade Compliance teams, regional Office Managers, WW Logistics, Engineering and Sales / Marketing departments and external customers to support import/export processes
  • You will be supervising and tracking import / export activity where NVIDIA is party to an EMEA transaction
  • Reviewing Sanctioned Party List / Legal Control Blocks in SAP GTS
  • Identifying and escalating “red flags” to management
  • Conducting internal audits of customs related documents in line with ISO
  • Crafting detailed processes and flows
  • Work with designated Brokers to amend discrepancies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Social Science or Arts is required.
  • A Master's Degree is highly advantageous
  • 5+ years of trade compliance experience.
  • Experience in an analytical role is required - in a high-tech environment is an advantage
  • Working knowledge of Polish, ABW and EU regulations
  • Knowledge of Regulation (EU) 2021/821 is essential
  • Knowledge of US Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) EAR regulations is highly advantageous
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of ABW from a dual-use perspective
  • Knowledge of product classification (HS-Code / ECCN) is required
  • Experience with internal and external audits is essential
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Legal, Sales, Operations, Logistics, Engineering, Tax / Finance, and IT departments to achieve our compliance objectives
  • Solid grounding of SAP GTS is essential
  • Polish speaker with excellent communication skills and fluency in English (verbal and written).
