Job Description
Compliance Coordinator at myCOI providing support to commercial clients in the insurance technology space. Focusing on accuracy in insurance documentation while ensuring client satisfaction and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for providing best in class support to our commercial clients.
- This position involves examining certificates of insurance and endorsements for completeness, accuracy, and conformance to contract requirements.
- You will conduct scheduled client account reviews, provide guidance regarding our systems and technology and be responsible for providing insurance agents with policy coverage verifications and cancellations.
- An analytical mindset: focus on accuracy and providing a great agent and client experience is key.
Requirements:
- Experience in commercial insurance is required (General Liability, Umbrella, Worker's Compensation, etc.).
- 3-5 years in a commercial insurance compliance related role
- Experience working remotely
- Extensive knowledge of General Liability, Umbrella, Workers Compensation, and other business policies is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Passion for customer service
- Demonstrated problem resolution skills
- Ability to make quick decisions
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
