Job Description

Go-To-Market Manager driving international launches and sales strategies for Ottobock’s neuro-mobility medical devices. Coordinating subsidiaries, clinical teams, and headquarters functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact between international sales subsidiaries and headquarters functions regarding strategic initiatives and launches
  • Supervise strategic initiatives and product launches
  • Develop and implement international market entry strategies for important product launches, service implementations, and growth-enhancing initiatives
  • Create the global sales and marketing plan
  • Functionally lead international product launch teams
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders to implement the Go-To-Market strategy
  • Monitor and report launch performance and Go-To-Market target achievements during after-launch management
  • Collaborate with Clinical Research & Services and sales subsidiaries on market access planning
  • Collect market feedback from Ottobock Patient Care and the external customer network to identify market potential
  • Align with sales subsidiaries on sales development, support requests, and problem solving
  • Promote experience exchange between sales subsidiaries regarding best practices in sales and marketing
  • Support the Head of Go-To-Market in achieving department targets

Requirements:

  • Subject-specific studies in the field of economics
  • Preferably a master's degree
  • 5 years of professional experience
  • Ideally, healthcare experience in diabetes, neurological or orthopedic indications, post-surgical care, or rehabilitation
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Willingness to travel is expected
