Job Description
Graphic Designer crafting visually compelling designs for fintech innovator Sezzle. Collaborating with teams to produce high-quality visuals that drive engagement and elevate brand presence.
Responsibilities:
- Follow brand guidelines to develop and maintain consistent visual branding across all channels, including websites, email, print, and sales decks.
- Conceptualize and design graphics for various marketing efforts, including in-app banners, emails, landing pages, sales decks, and display ads.
- Work closely with the creative, marketing, and product teams to ensure goals and timelines are being met.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously push the creative boundaries and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion, ensuring high-quality output within deadlines.
- Translate complex ideas into simple, elegant visuals that tell a compelling story and enhance our brand identity.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the tech or fintech industry.
- Proficient in Figma, AI (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, with a focus on digital campaign design.
- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred, but not required if you have an exceptional portfolio and experience.
- Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required; candidates must be comfortable leveraging AI to enhance productivity, research, and communication.
