Job Description
Graphic Designer creating AI-enhanced banners and social media visuals for Neo Group’s local partner. Maintaining brand consistency while developing templates and efficient AI-assisted workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging banners, graphics, and other visual content for social media platforms
- Generate and refine visuals using AI tools and integrate them into polished, high-quality marketing creatives
- Maintain a consistent visual style and brand identity across all SMM materials
- Create, adapt, and maintain design templates for different social media formats and content needs
- Work closely with SMM managers and the creative team to develop and deliver visual content
- Contribute new ideas and explore AI tools and workflows to improve the quality and efficiency of visual production
- Prepare design materials based on briefs and ensure all deliverables are completed on time
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a focus on social media content
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Figma
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is a plus
- Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools
- Ability to integrate AI-generated assets into production-ready designs
- Understanding of prompting techniques and AI-assisted creative workflows
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, and color theory
- Awareness of current social media and AI-generated visual trends
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently deliver high-quality work on time
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicate ideas clearly, and respond constructively to feedback
- Previous experience in the gaming, gambling, betting, or a similar digital industry is nice to have
- Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with 3D design and related tools is nice to have
