Job Description

Graphic Designer creating high-converting creatives for SEO campaigns at Search Atlas. Collaborating with marketing teams to design engaging social media content.

Responsibilities:

  • Design high-converting static and motion creatives for paid media campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Display, YouTube, and other platforms)
  • Create social media graphics including carousel posts, static posts, story designs, and cover images
  • Develop multiple creative variations for A/B testing and performance optimization
  • Collaborate with marketing, growth, and content teams to align visuals with campaign strategy and messaging
  • Translate performance data and creative briefs into visually compelling paid media concepts
  • Iterate quickly based on performance metrics and stakeholder feedback
  • Maintain brand consistency across all paid and organic creative assets
  • Apply platform-specific best practices for paid media formats, placements, and dimensions
  • Contribute fresh creative ideas based on trends, competitor research, and campaign data
  • Support additional graphic design needs such as landing page graphics, email visuals, sales enablement materials, and brand assets

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience designing paid media creatives and social media content
  • 5+ years of experience with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects (motion/animation experience strongly preferred)
  • Proven portfolio showcasing high-performing paid media ads and platform-native social content
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing principles, creative testing, and conversion-focused design
  • Ability to turn technical/SEO/AI concepts into engaging, benefit-driven visuals
  • Proficient in English with clear communication and feedback integration skills
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple creative projects simultaneously
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and performance-minded with a strong design aesthetic.
