Job Description

Social Media & Community Manager managing social channels and building user community for COLIBRIX ONE. Focused on engaging content and influencer collaborations in fintech sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn, and others)
  • Create engaging and valuable content such as posts, reels, stories, short videos, case studies, and polls in English and Russian
  • Build and nurture an active user community: respond to comments, run interactive formats, and drive meaningful conversations
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with product launches, feature updates, and seasonal moments
  • Use design and editing tools such as Canva, Figma, or CapCut to produce basic visuals and short-form video content when needed
  • Drive cross-promotional and PR initiatives: collaborate with micro-influencers, brand ambassadors, and external partners
  • Monitor social metrics (follower growth, engagement rate, reach, saves) and translate data into actionable improvements
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate content production and craft visually compelling, high-performing creatives
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, and digital finance conversations to keep content timely and relevant
  • Work closely with the designer to brief, align on visuals, and ensure brand consistency across all formats
  • Work closely with the Brand Manager to align content strategy, maintain brand voice, and support broader marketing initiatives

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing: fintech, affiliate marketing, or iGaming background
  • Strong content instincts: you know what works on each platform, how to write for real people, and how to make it feel interesting
  • Fluent in English and Russian written and spoken
  • Experience working with influencers, brand ambassadors, or external partners on collaborations and cross-promo
  • Comfortable briefing designers and working within brand guidelines to produce consistent, high-quality visuals
  • Confident user of AI tools for content creation, ideation, and creative production
  • Basic proficiency in design and editing tools such as Canva, Figma, or CapCut is a plus
  • Data-driven mindset: you track performance, spot patterns, and adjust your approach based on results
  • Self-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities without losing quality
