Job Description
Seasonal Graphic Designer creating video and static paid social and search ads for Optidge, a remote-first digital marketing agency. Supporting campaign performance and conversion-focused creative production.
Responsibilities:
- Create original graphic design assets, including video and static digital ads, for Paid Social and Paid Search teams
- Perform competitive and industry research to identify trending creative styles
- Collaborate with Paid Media Strategists to analyze creative performance in ad accounts
- Identify which creative assets to duplicate or discontinue based on performance
- Translate strategic direction into design concepts and original content using color, text, font style, imagery, and layout
- Follow client brand guidelines
- Manage the design and uploading process for project materials in multiple file formats
- Complete onboarding and begin initial projects
- Increase ad project output and create new ads based on client trends, conversions, and positive KPIs
- Produce engaging ad content consistently with minimal revisions
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience creating video and static content for Paid Social advertising, ideally for clients in the United States
- Ability to analyze performance of advertising campaigns to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Resourcefulness in obtaining stock footage and images when client creative is missing or lackluster
- Comfortable experimenting with AI-assisted design tools and emerging creative technologies
- Experience creating video and static ads for platforms like Instagram and TikTok
- High attention to detail and ability to require minimal edits or revisions
- Ability to work within client brand guidelines
- Ability to manage and upload files in JPG, PNG, MP4, MOV, and other formats
- Ability to work up to 20 hours per week
- Freelancer located in Central or South America
