Job Description
Group Director orchestrating AI-enablement engineering programs for DEPT®, a technology and marketing Growth Invention company. Governing intake, business alignment, scaling, KPIs, and executive reporting for enterprise clients.
Responsibilities:
- Design, own, and refine a structured intake framework for incoming business requests
- Route requests to technical consultation, rapid prototyping, or full production scaling tracks
- Facilitate office hours and advisory sessions to refine low-code/ideation prototypes and business requirements
- Manage phased rollout and staggered intake strategies to scale program adoption sustainably
- Connect decentralized business units with the central engineering architecture team
- Coordinate intake prioritization with enterprise Product Sponsors and Technical Product Managers
- Forecast demand and scale engineering capacity according to business roadmaps and team growth
- Codify local learnings into repeatable enterprise playbooks
- Define program success, communicate program wins, and drive adoption
- Define, measure, and report program KPIs and executive-level ROI narratives
- Own cross-functional communications and reporting across teams and C-suite stakeholders
- Manage program onboarding dependencies, access permissions, and SLAs
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management, product operations, product management, or technical account management
- Ideally within enterprise software, AI-enablement, or complex cloud environments
- Proven ability to navigate highly matrixed, ambiguous enterprise organizations and build consensus among competing stakeholder priorities
- Deep experience building intake matrices, triage workflows, and operational playbooks from scratch
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate deeply technical engineering challenges into clear business impacts for senior leadership
- Strong fundamental understanding of modern software development lifecycles, cloud architecture, and emerging AI technologies
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
