Job Description
Group UX/UI Lead shaping user experiences for Proalpha’s ERP and business applications serving German mid-sized companies. Driving UX governance, design systems, consulting, and research enablement.
Responsibilities:
- Strategically develop the UX practice across the Proalpha Group
- Establish UX standards and steer the Group-wide advancement of UX together with stakeholders
- Own the Group-wide design system, prioritize requirements, and further develop the roadmap
- Establish standards, components, and patterns sustainably in collaboration with development teams
- Advise Product Leads and teams on UX-related topics
- Support user-centered solutions and build UX expertise across the organization
- Contribute actively to concepts and designs when required
- Establish methods, processes, and tools for user research
- Help teams access user feedback and enable data-driven UX decisions
Requirements:
- Completed degree in IT or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in UX/UI
- Extensive project experience in complex software environments and cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of Figma, design systems, and UX/UI tools
- Ability to structure complex processes
- Experience developing functional user experiences
- Initiative and a proactive approach
- Strong communication skills
- Creative, driving mindset
- Focus on sustainable, user-centered design
- Very good German language skills
- Good English language skills for communication in an international environment
