Job Description
AI Product Builder designing digital products and turning them into software with AI coding tools. Building SaaS platforms and custom solutions for German clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop thoughtful features, user interfaces, and digital workflows based on customer requirements and product ideas.
- Design intuitive, modern, and consistent user interfaces with a strong focus on usability and design quality.
- Independently implement features and applications using modern AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or comparable tools.
- Guide features from the initial idea through conception and implementation to a finished, usable result.
- Review functionality, usability, and quality, and continuously optimize solutions.
- Contribute your own ideas, challenge existing processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Understand business requirements, develop suitable solution concepts, and coordinate closely with customers and colleagues.
- Contribute to our SaaS platform and to bespoke software solutions for customers.
- Communicate progress proactively, raise questions at an early stage, and actively help shape the way we work together.
Requirements:
- A strong instinct for good digital products, intuitive user interfaces, and well-thought-out user experiences.
- Experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, Digital Product Management, or a comparable product-related role.
- Ability to independently develop meaningful features, user flows, and interfaces from high-level requirements.
- Basic understanding of how modern web applications work.
- Basic technical understanding of APIs, databases, and application logic.
- Experience with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools is a plus.
- Ability to independently evaluate technical and design outcomes, identify problems, and iteratively improve solutions.
- Product-oriented, self-directed approach to work and willingness to take responsibility for results.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent German language skills.
- Traditional programming experience is an advantage but not a strict requirement.
- Completed projects, designs, or your own AI-powered applications are especially welcome.
