Job Description

Growth Product Manager enhancing product growth through conversion optimization and cross-team collaboration. Driving A/B testing and analyzing marketing metrics for revenue increases.

Responsibilities:

  • Track industry trends and competitor activities to gain insights for growth
  • Identify opportunities to optimize marketing funnels and increase conversions
  • Develop ideas to increase revenue through upsells and product offerings
  • Plan and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates and user experience
  • Analyze key marketing metrics and propose improvements to make the product more profitable
  • Work with marketing, creatives, product, and development teams to launch campaigns and improve features

Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience in product marketing or a growth-related role
  • Expertise in analyzing data and using it to make decisions
  • Familiarity with tools like Amplitude, Google Analytics, or similar
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to get things done
  • Clear and concise in both writing and speaking
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher
  • Knowledge of pricing models and ways to increase revenue
