Job Description

Product Manager overseeing implementation activities for financial services company. Collaborating with teams to ensure successful product development and on-time delivery of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Focus on implementation activities
  • Lead end-to-end implementation initiatives
  • Own the playbook for assigned implementations
  • Drive on-time delivery by partnering closely with task owners and cross-functional teams
  • Provide regular status reporting
  • Proactively escalate issues
  • Support gap/exception reviews to keep programs moving efficiently
  • Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure successful product initiatives
  • Align plans, timelines, and readiness criteria to achieve measurable outcomes
  • Track and report product alignment and implementation activities
  • Ensure deadlines are met while enabling clear, consistent communication to sponsors, advisors, TPAs, participants, and internal teams
  • Collaborate with SMEs and training partners

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of specific business experience
  • In-depth knowledge/experience of product development and management within the financial services business
  • Proven product development experience and results
  • Excellent interpersonal, motivational, influencing and relationship-building skills
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Proven project and people management experience
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet key deadlines
  • Strategic thinker with good judgment and strong understanding of process
  • Interpretative and conceptual skills
