Job Description
Product Manager overseeing implementation activities for financial services company. Collaborating with teams to ensure successful product development and on-time delivery of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Focus on implementation activities
- Lead end-to-end implementation initiatives
- Own the playbook for assigned implementations
- Drive on-time delivery by partnering closely with task owners and cross-functional teams
- Provide regular status reporting
- Proactively escalate issues
- Support gap/exception reviews to keep programs moving efficiently
- Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure successful product initiatives
- Align plans, timelines, and readiness criteria to achieve measurable outcomes
- Track and report product alignment and implementation activities
- Ensure deadlines are met while enabling clear, consistent communication to sponsors, advisors, TPAs, participants, and internal teams
- Collaborate with SMEs and training partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5-10 years of specific business experience
- In-depth knowledge/experience of product development and management within the financial services business
- Proven product development experience and results
- Excellent interpersonal, motivational, influencing and relationship-building skills
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Proven project and people management experience
- Ability to work under pressure to meet key deadlines
- Strategic thinker with good judgment and strong understanding of process
- Interpretative and conceptual skills
