Job Description

Growth Product Manager responsible for product vision and strategy at Jackrabbit Technologies. Leading product growth initiatives for youth activity centers' software solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the product strategy, defining a clear product vision.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of high-value features to meet user needs and business goals.
  • Maintain a holistic view of the market, product lifecycle, and its strategic direction.
  • Act as the primary liaison between key stakeholders (customers, business leaders, and development teams).
  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-groomed and prioritized.
  • Work closely with the Scrum Master and development team to facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
  • Make key decisions on product features, functionality, design, and user experience.
  • Promote an environment of continuous improvement by actively seeking feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, data analytics, or other applicable areas of study, or equivalent applicable work experience.
  • 5 to 7 years proven experience as a Scrum Product Manager or similar product leadership role.
  • Strong experience in defining and executing product strategies with a demonstrated track record of success in driving product growth.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, with a strong ability to balance business needs and technical feasibility.
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
  • Proven business acumen and understanding of product performance metrics, P&L, and KPIs.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% (Charlotte-based)/25% (non Charlotte-based) for team collaboration and customer engagement.
