Job Description

Senior Product Manager leading product decisions from scope to delivery in a fully remote team. Driving product strategy in an AI-first environment across multiple countries.

Responsibilities:

  • Own product decisions for the squad’s current scope, with the authority and judgment to move work forward.
  • Prioritize and sequence the squad backlog week by week, balancing impact, feasibility, and dependencies.
  • Write clear user stories, success metrics, product briefs, and written specifications.
  • Work closely with Design, Engineering, Data, and other product peers to shape solutions and drive execution.
  • Coordinate cross-squad dependencies and ensure decisions are documented clearly.
  • Represent the squad in key operating rituals, including weekly demos, monthly readouts, and quarterly planning/strategy reviews.
  • Contribute to visibility on squad capabilities, product gaps, and execution risks.
  • Track product outcomes and continuously refine direction based on evidence, usage, and feedback.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience shipping product end-to-end, ideally in SaaS, platform, marketplace, or multi-product environments.
  • Strong product judgment and the ability to hold both big-picture scope and execution detail at the same time.
  • Comfortable making product decisions independently, without relying on constant escalation.
  • Proven experience owning and improving measurable product KPIs.
  • Excellent written communication skills; able to translate ambiguity into clear priorities, specs, and decisions.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Data, and commercial stakeholders.
  • Daily user of AI-augmented product workflows; comfort with advanced AI tooling is strongly preferred.
  • Reliable, autonomous, detail-oriented, and highly organised.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Benefits:

  • Flexible work arrangements
  • Professional development opportunities
  • Health insurance
