Job Description
GTM Program Manager driving Clio’s highest-priority go-to-market initiatives. Leading cross-functional teams and analyzing options to ensure measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of Clio’s highest-priority GTM programs, ensuring clear governance, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
- Drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, Product, and Engineering by building strong partnerships and influencing without authority.
- Use qualitative and quantitative analysis to evaluate options, surface tradeoffs, and recommend data-backed paths forward.
- Provide clear status updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders and program sponsors.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Management Consulting, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Strategy roles, ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- A strong track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs with measurable impact.
- Working knowledge of GTM motions and revenue operations.
- Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.
- Experience with acquisition integrations, quote-to-cash, or GTM system implementations is a strong plus.
- Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI
