Job Description
Epic HB/HB Claims Solutions Analyst on Maintenance Team at OCHIN. Resolving technical issues and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance healthcare services.
Responsibilities:
- Support OCHIN’s mission by leveraging deep technical expertise
- Resolve complex technical issues
- Optimize processes and implement innovative solutions
- Align technical strategies with business objectives
- Foster collaboration with non-technical stakeholders
- Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues
- Collaborate across departments to support project implementations
- Drive documentation and knowledge sharing
Requirements:
- Must have certification/proficiency in one of the following: Epic Resolute HB or HB Claims
- At least 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute HB/HB Claims Applications Analyst
- Ideally a minimum of 3 years of experience in Epic HB module build
- Strong communication skills – able to communicate with both application and technical team members, as well as end users
- Consistently acts with integrity and accountability
- Process and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making
- Proactive, self-motivated, and solution oriented.
