Job Description

Epic HB/HB Claims Solutions Analyst on Maintenance Team at OCHIN. Resolving technical issues and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance healthcare services.

Responsibilities:

  • Support OCHIN’s mission by leveraging deep technical expertise
  • Resolve complex technical issues
  • Optimize processes and implement innovative solutions
  • Align technical strategies with business objectives
  • Foster collaboration with non-technical stakeholders
  • Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues
  • Collaborate across departments to support project implementations
  • Drive documentation and knowledge sharing

Requirements:

  • Must have certification/proficiency in one of the following: Epic Resolute HB or HB Claims
  • At least 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute HB/HB Claims Applications Analyst
  • Ideally a minimum of 3 years of experience in Epic HB module build
  • Strong communication skills – able to communicate with both application and technical team members, as well as end users
  • Consistently acts with integrity and accountability
  • Process and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution oriented.
