Job Description
Head of AI & Automations overseeing AI and automation implementations for GNO Partners. Managing workflows, improving internal communications, and building AI-powered systems.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of how AI and automation are implemented across the company
- Review and map existing workflows for downloading, uploading, and processing reports
- Identify where errors happen and why
- Reduce manual work and mistakes through automation and AI validation
- Design QA layers to improve data accuracy and consistency
- Introduce AI agents to assist with repetitive checks and processes
- Improve internal communication and handoffs
- Build clear dashboards and visualizations using tools like Google Looker Studio or similar solutions
- Build AI agents trained on our internal guides, documentation, datasets, and historical Slack conversations
- Structure and clean knowledge so it can be reliably used by AI systems
- Create internal tools that help consultants answer common client questions faster and more consistently
- Identify repetitive or manual steps that can be automated in the current SOPs
- Implement AI-driven logic to improve efficiency and performance
- Streamline accounting-related processes using automation
- Build and own a company-wide AI-powered wiki
Requirements:
- Strong experience building AI-driven workflows and automation systems
- Someone who understands operations and processes, not just AI tools
- Hands-on experience with AI agents, LLMs, and workflow automation
- Comfortable working with data, validation logic, and QA systems
- Experience integrating multiple tools and software platforms
- Clear communicator who can work across teams
- Builder mindset with a focus on real impact and scalability
- Familiarity with basic coding concepts
- Hands-on experience with Make.com or similar automation platforms
- Nice to Have: Experience with Looker Studio or BI tools
- Background in analytics, operations, or performance marketing
- Experience working with internal knowledge bases or Slack data
- Familiarity with accounting or finance workflows
- Experience in fast-growing or remote-first companies
