Job Description

Head of Product Marketing shaping Berlitz’s digital-first B2B language-learning transformation. Owning positioning, launches, enablement, and product-market insight globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve segment positioning and messaging for HR, L&D, enterprise, and SMB audiences
  • Define narrative architecture for new products and packaging, including the credit-based commercial model, Berlitz App, and Compass
  • Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for major product and feature launches
  • Direct cross-functional coordination across marketing, sales, and product
  • Build, manage, and develop the product marketing team
  • Set standards for output quality and prioritisation
  • Own the global and regional sales enablement library, including battlecards, decks, and case studies
  • Direct market and competitive research
  • Convert research findings into product implications, USPs, and pricing input
  • Own win/loss analysis and feed structured insight into positioning and product planning
  • Partner with Brand & Activation, ABM, Paid Performance, and Product leadership
  • Represent product marketing in CPTO-level planning forums
  • Report to the CPTO

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in product marketing
  • 3+ years leading or managing a team
  • Experience building and scaling a product marketing function
  • Experience creating sales enablement infrastructure
  • Experience leading cross-functional launches at company-wide scale
  • Executive-level writing and messaging skills
  • Ability to translate technical and commercial complexity into buyer value
  • Experience operating at leadership level across segments and geographies in a global, matrixed organisation
  • Experience partnering directly with C-suite stakeholders
  • Analytical fluency using competitive, win/loss, and customer data to inform strategic decisions
  • Experience in HR tech, L&D, language learning, or education is advantageous
  • Experience with major commercial or platform transformation is advantageous
  • Deep familiarity with ABM and demand generation motions is advantageous
  • Experience with a global-local model spanning multiple regions is advantageous
