Job Description
Head of Quality for AI Data Operations at TaskUs, leading data quality for AI and LLM projects. Drive thought leadership and implement assurance protocols across diverse projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of quality assurance protocols
- Design and oversee specialized quality protocols for data collection
- Master the "Human-in-the-Loop" for Hardware
- Drive thought leadership with customers on data quality goals
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer discussions
- Foster a high-performance culture
- Implement new methodologies for improving data quality
Requirements:
- 7+ years of Data Quality leadership experience
- Deep understanding of LLMs, Generative AI workflows
- Proven ability to design and lead quality assurance processes
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience developing scalable systems like "golden datasets"
