Job Description
Health Client Analyst at Alight, collaborating on client health plans and conducting data analysis and project management. Develop relationships and provide expertise to support clients effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Unique role opportunity where one will serve as a Health Client Analyst on the client’s H&W team.
- Collaborate with internal Alight client team members while taking work direction directly from the client for their health plans.
- Work on a variety of items including but not limited to account quality assurance and corrections, special projects, data analysis, etc.
- Providing subject matter expertise to clients, using that expertise to support.
- Working through employee escalated situations coming through to our client’s internal Benefits department.
- Working in an integrated manner with the client’s health admin and advocacy teams.
- Developing and maintaining and data requests.
- Utilizing companies' suite of tools to manage deliverables, requirements storage and handoff.
- Communicating and maintaining project milestones and tasks developed based on deliverables.
- Identifies and communicates internal and external deliverable risks.
- Tracking and resolving open items timely; managing client deliverables.
- Participating effectively in client status meetings and client team and health plan meetings.
- Developing a trusted relationship with our client.
Requirements:
- Possess Undergraduate or equivalent work experience required.
- Possess TBA and health plan provision knowledge.
- Maintain analytic, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects, clients, and deliverables with varying milestones, timeline, and deadline.
- Show Curiosity along with an ability to learn quickly and apply feedback.
- Possess good verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Able to adapt to changing priorities & be effective in a fast-working environment.
- Need previous experience caring for customers and working in a cross-functional, global team is ideal.
