Job Description

Health Client Analyst at Alight, collaborating on client health plans and conducting data analysis and project management. Develop relationships and provide expertise to support clients effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Unique role opportunity where one will serve as a Health Client Analyst on the client’s H&W team.
  • Collaborate with internal Alight client team members while taking work direction directly from the client for their health plans.
  • Work on a variety of items including but not limited to account quality assurance and corrections, special projects, data analysis, etc.
  • Providing subject matter expertise to clients, using that expertise to support.
  • Working through employee escalated situations coming through to our client’s internal Benefits department.
  • Working in an integrated manner with the client’s health admin and advocacy teams.
  • Developing and maintaining and data requests.
  • Utilizing companies' suite of tools to manage deliverables, requirements storage and handoff.
  • Communicating and maintaining project milestones and tasks developed based on deliverables.
  • Identifies and communicates internal and external deliverable risks.
  • Tracking and resolving open items timely; managing client deliverables.
  • Participating effectively in client status meetings and client team and health plan meetings.
  • Developing a trusted relationship with our client.

Requirements:

  • Possess Undergraduate or equivalent work experience required.
  • Possess TBA and health plan provision knowledge.
  • Maintain analytic, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects, clients, and deliverables with varying milestones, timeline, and deadline.
  • Show Curiosity along with an ability to learn quickly and apply feedback.
  • Possess good verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities & be effective in a fast-working environment.
  • Need previous experience caring for customers and working in a cross-functional, global team is ideal.
  • Able to show continued professionalism.
