Job Description
Network Data Analyst monitoring performance and conducting analysis for a Federal Health Information Exchange. Engaging with stakeholders and reporting on network performance issues and improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily performance of a large Federal Health Information Exchange
- Conduct performance metrics analysis of internal and external partner electronic message traffic
- Perform root cause analysis and suggest improvements for network performance
- Engage with client stakeholders and system managers to improve network routing efficiency
- Create reports or “scorecards” for interoperability performance and quality issues
Requirements:
- 2 - 5 years' experience required for this role
- Working understanding of development cycles and user acceptance testing
- Working knowledge of interoperability industry standards (HL7, Sequoia, CareQuality)
- Experience leveraging system monitoring tools (Excel, Access, Power BI, InterSystems DeepSee, Splunk)
- Experience in stakeholder communications between Business and IT
- Experience in Requirement specification for Development, UAT processes, and reporting issues to customer support.
- Experience using industry standard DEV / UAT testing tools for messaging.
