Job Description
Health & Safety and Fire Consultant conducting risk assessments and offering consultancy support. Join an expert team dedicated to health, safety, and environmental solutions in commercial real estate.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake general health and safety and fire risk assessments
- Provide consultancy support and advice to clients in the commercial and residential property sector.
- Spend part of the week on site and part at home working on reports
- Assist clients and manage diaries pre-planned to support work-life balance
- Requirement to travel to sites, necessitating a full driving license and access to a vehicle
Requirements:
- High level qualification and relevant experience in H&S, Environmental Health, Fire, or related subject
- Experience in undertaking site based H&S / Fire Risk Assessments
- Thorough knowledge of relevant UK standards and codes
- Proven technical ability
- Good report writing, IT and communication skills
- Desirable professional memberships: Chartered Membership of IOSH, CertIOSH, Member of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, Member of IFE, Member of IFSM
