Job Description
Manager, Risk Adjustment leading healthcare quality improvement initiatives for the Southeast Region at CVS Health. Focused on risk adjustment accuracy, collaborating with key value-based providers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Risk Adjustment for the Southeast Region
- Maintain and improve risk adjustment accuracy
- Partner with leadership from key value-based providers
- Drive risk coding improvement activities
- Collaborate with national and local risk adjustment teams
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with risk adjustment, clinical quality, or healthcare quality improvement
- Certification in coding (CPC, CRC, RHIA, etc.)
- Experience working in provider offices, accountable care organizations, and/or value-based provider relations
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills
