Job Description

Hebrew Player Support Specialist providing support to Hebrew-speaking players in Bulgaria. Resolving inquiries and enhancing gaming experiences in the gaming department.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding support to Hebrew-speaking players through various communication channels, including chat, email, and forums.
  • Troubleshoot player issues and resolve queries efficiently to maximize player satisfaction.
  • Collect and analyze player feedback to enhance our gaming services and product offerings.
  • Maintain detailed records of player interactions in our support systems.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and effectively address player concerns.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for player support.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Hebrew is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • A strong passion for gaming with knowledge of current gaming trends and communities.
  • Prior experience in customer support or a related role in gaming is favorable but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage players effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to handling player issues.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to adapt to the fast-paced nature of the gaming industry.
