Job Description
Home Systems Design Consultant conducting remote HVAC system design consultations for homeowners. Engaging with customers to tailor recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct scheduled HVAC design consultations via Zoom or phone
- Ask thoughtful questions about customer homes and usage
- Design custom HVAC system recommendations
- Clearly explain design choices
- Hand off customers to Sales Closers (no closing responsibility)
Requirements:
- No prior HVAC experience required
- Curious, analytical, and thoughtful
- A clear and calm communicator
- Comfortable with technology and AI tools
- Motivated by helping customers, not commissions
- Prefer structured, consultative conversations
- Experienced in explaining technical concepts in easy to understand terms
