Job Description
Advisor Application Designer at Gainwell leading technical teams to improve healthcare applications. Collaborating on innovative solutions to enhance health for vulnerable communities.
Responsibilities:
- Head up technical teams and workstreams in designing, developing, testing and installing complex database applications
- Oversee relationships between application architects and developers
- Write complex design, coding and testing documentation
- Provide technical consulting on complex projects
- Mentor and guide less experienced application designers
Requirements:
- 9 or more years of application, web and product design and support experience
- 3 or more years preferred working with Medicaid and Medicare technologies
- Expertise in software and product design methodologies, programming languages, and operating systems
- Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills
- Effective leadership and motivational skills
- Ability to mentor individual contributors
