Job Description

HR Generalist specializing in HRIS operations and employee relations at Limitlessli. Responsible for administering HR programs and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees daily operations of HRIS system including new hire set up, benefits enrollment, leave administration, ad-hoc reporting, etc.
  • Monitors employee eligibility for benefits plans.
  • Reviews benefits with employees and processes enrollment, cancellation or changes.
  • Maintains and distributes list of new and cancelled employees under each benefit plan.
  • Verifies benefit billing accuracy and processes for payment.
  • Ensures compliance with USCIS Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification.
  • Maintains employee personnel files.
  • Reports, maintains and monitors all workers' compensation case files; follows-up on open cases.
  • Works with HR Leadership to coach, counsel and guide managers before executing employee disciplinary actions.
  • Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel.
  • Develops and maintains affirmative action program; files EEO-1 report annually.
  • Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals.
  • Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed.
  • Conducts recruitment effort for non-clinical staff, posts job advertisements; works with hiring manager to screen and interview candidates; conducts reference checking; extends job offers; conducts exit interviews.
  • Administers leave.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
  • 3 + years of HR generalist experience preferred
  • Experience in the administration of benefits and HRIS implementation and other human resource programs
  • ADP Workforce Now experience preferred
  • Wage & Hour experience
