Job Description

Human Resources Coordinator providing administrative support for HR at Slipstream IT. Assisting with onboarding, payroll, employee records, and inquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all internal and external Human Resources related inquiries or requests
  • Processes new hire onboarding and employee through HRIS
  • Hold new hire orientation for all W2 new hires
  • Maintain digital copies of employee records in compliance with federal regulations
  • Perform I9/E-Verify & background checks for all W2 new hires
  • Assist with performance management procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources or related field, or 3-5 years of experience in lieu of degree
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Strong analytical skills and highly computer literate with capability in Outlook, MS Office and related business and communications tools
  • Meticulous attention to detail a must
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain utmost confidentiality.
