Job Description

The HR Specialist serves Canadian business operations with comprehensive talent acquisition and employee relations support. Fluency in English and French required, providing HR services aligned with legislation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead full‑cycle recruitment for Canadian roles
  • Oversee onboarding processes for new hires
  • Act as primary resource for employee relations
  • Partner with managers for team health assessments
  • Administer HR policies and compliance with legislation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR certification (e.g., CHRP, CPHR, SHRM‑CP) considered an asset
  • Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partner experience
  • Expertise in Canadian employment law and employee relations
  • Strong proficiency in SAP, SuccessFactors
