Job Description
Estágio em RH PJ em Blumenau gerindo processos seletivos completos de forma remota. Candidatos devem ter experiência em recrutamento e seleção e residir na região.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct full recruitment processes (sourcing resumes, candidate hunting, job postings, interviews, administering tests, and preparing evaluations).
- Manage all stages of the recruitment process autonomously and remotely.
Requirements:
- Must have experience in recruitment and selection
- Reside in Blumenau or the surrounding area
- Own a laptop
- Availability to work during regular business hours
- Preferred: currently studying or degree in Human Resources or Psychology.
Benefits:
- Fixed salary + commission.
