Job Description

Support Specialist providing assistance and resolving queries for Hungarian-speaking players in the gaming department. Engaging with players to enhance their gaming experience from a remote location.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional support to Hungarian-speaking players via various communication channels, including chat, email, and forums.
  • Efficiently troubleshoot player issues and resolve queries to maximize player satisfaction.
  • Collect feedback from players to help improve our gaming services and products.
  • Maintain accurate records of player interactions in our support systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance problem resolution.
  • Assist in developing and implementing best practices for player support.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Hungarian is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • A strong passion for gaming, with knowledge of current gaming trends and communities.
  • Experience in customer support or a gaming-related position is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage players effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to player issues.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to adapt in the fast-paced environment of the gaming industry.
