Job Description
Building Systems Analyst responsible for evaluating building systems and optimizing energy conservation measures. Collaborating with teams to enhance project delivery and system performance in energy infrastructure sector.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, verify, and optimize operation of building systems
- Plan, document, and conduct work using energy management best practices
- Produce optimized energy and project outcomes for retro-commissioning
- Collaborate with project delivery team including construction management and engineers
- Support training and mentorship of TS staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- 7+ years of commissioning or related field experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to safety
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work with minimal or limited information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Competency with Cloud Based commissioning software platforms
