Job Description

Insurance Account Position managing client insurance accounts and providing service for State Farm Agent. Seeking energetic, goal-oriented individuals to build customer relationships and maximize value.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client insurance accounts and update information.
  • Assist clients with policy changes and renewals.
  • Provide information on insurance products and services.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.

Requirements:

  • Must be currently licensed (Property/Casualty and Life/Health)
  • Must have 2+ years of prior State Farm experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
