Job Description

Manage the end-to-end claims process for Muvr's logistics and moving services. Collaborate with customers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure claims are handled efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process insurance and service-related claims from initial report through resolution
  • Investigate claims involving item damage, loss, accidents, or service incidents
  • Coordinate with insurance providers, adjusters, customers, and drivers to gather documentation
  • Ensure claims are handled fairly, consistently, and in compliance with internal policies
  • Track claim timelines, outcomes, and key performance metrics
  • Partner with Trust & Safety, Operations, and Legal teams on escalations and complex cases
  • Identify trends in claims to inform operational improvements and risk reduction
  • Maintain accurate records, reporting, and documentation for audit readiness

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in insurance claims, risk operations, customer resolution, or related roles
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive cases professionally
  • Excellent communication and customer empathy skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced operational environments
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple cases simultaneously
  • Preferred experience in logistics, moving services, mobility, or marketplace platforms
  • Familiarity with liability frameworks, coverage policies, and claims escalation processes
  • Experience working with third-party insurers or claims management systems
