Job Description
Corretor de Seguros forming a selective team in partnership with MetLife. Commission-based earnings with performance recognition and average earnings of R$ 18.000 to R$ 36.000.
Responsibilities:
- We are building a select team of Insurance Brokers to operate in partnership with MetLife.
- Compensation model: 100% commission-based.
- Average earnings between R$18,000 and R$36,000 in the first year.
- Structured compensation and recognition programs.
- National and international trips rewarded based on performance.
- Highly meritocratic, selective, and performance-driven environment.
