Job Description
Regional VP responsible for business development at One80 Intermediaries. Driving strategies, partnerships, and team leadership to enhance market growth and client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue and market growth.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and partners.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the business development team to enhance performance and achieve targets.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and make strategic decisions.
- Experience in budget management and sales forecasting.
