Job Description
IT Asset Management Project Manager overseeing DHS client software asset management initiatives and program execution. Leading cross-functional teams to ensure operational alignment and delivery of outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all work performed under the applicable Performance Work Statement (PWS)
- Serve as the primary liaison to the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR)
- Manage program risks, performance metrics, deliverables, and reporting activities
- Ensure alignment with DHS and USCIS systems, operational priorities, and policies
- Lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver program outcomes
- Oversee software asset management support services including: Tool configuration and maintenance, Program guidance, Entitlement tracking, Proactive software asset management, Software licensing optimization, Software license helpdesk support
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive program/project management experience supporting information technology initiatives
- PMP certification required
- IAITAM certification or equivalent experience required
