Job Description
IT Consultant combining Cloud and On-Prem solutions for clients with technical consultancy. Involves collaboration with sales, product management, and marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Consulting and implementing cloud and on-premises solutions for clients
- Aligning complex requirements between customer needs and technical feasibility
- Identifying and leveraging optimization, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities
- Leading consulting projects and providing technical support during implementations
- Analyzing and preparing customer feedback and project insights for product teams and management
- Monitoring technology trends and assessing their relevance to our business
- Presenting our solutions in webinars and client meetings, and supporting the creation of technical content
Requirements:
- Experience in IT consulting or technical consulting, ideally with SaaS products
- Solid understanding of cloud and enterprise IT environments such as Azure or AWS
- Quick learner with enthusiasm for new technologies and topics
- Strong communication skills across audiences from IT administrators to executive management
- Independent, structured, and proactive work style with a view of the bigger picture
- Awareness of business-relevant technical developments
- Confident presence, team spirit, and very good German and English skills
