Job Description
IT Delivery Team Coach overseeing Agile/Scrum teams at Moog. Facilitating Agile practices and supporting team development in a fully remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the servant leader for one or more IT Agile/Scrum teams
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies to keep teams focused on on‑time delivery of agreed solutions
- Encourage full participation and empowerment of team members within defined roles and responsibilities
- Ensure the iterative development process remains focused and controlled
- Manage team‑level risks and issues; escalate to the Project Manager and RTE as needed
- Monitor daily progress for all team activities
- Communicate team progress and impediments to the Project Manager and RTE
- Run team events that are time‑boxed and aligned with best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 3–5 years of applicable experience
- Experience managing and updating work plans
- Proven experience coaching and mentoring team members in agile practices
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks
