Job Description
Scrum Master providing guidance on Agile practices in a digital product engineering company. Supporting teams in self-organization and Scrum maturity to improve service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on Agile/Scrum practices and values
- Guide the team on self-organizing to fill in intentional gaps in Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Assess Scrum maturity and coach teams to higher levels
- Facilitate internal and external communication, improving transparency
- Support and educate the Product Owner in maintaining the product backlog
- Remove impediments or guide the team to resolve them
Requirements:
- Certified SCRUM Master (DASM via pmi.org)
- Experience working with Agile teams in a complex IT organization with ERP (SAP) and non-ERP systems preferred
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
- Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles
