Job Description
Scrum Master facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting team collaboration in a global engineering firm. Promoting self-organization and continuous improvement within teams.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective).
- Ensure proper understanding and application of Scrum principles and Agile values.
- Support the team in removing impediments within the Scrum Master’s scope.
- Promote team self-organization and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of the Scrum framework and Agile principles.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills.
- Ability to support teams in an Agile environment.
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability.
