Job Description
Scrum Master leading Agile teams at Semantix, focusing on data projects for Banco Bradesco. Responsible for facilitating ceremonies and improving Agile maturity.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the Squad leader in the Scrum Master role, playing a key part in strategic engineering and data science projects within the Data Intelligence department at Banco Bradesco.
- Work on data projects: facilitate and coordinate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog and portfolio meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, and track agile work items.
- Ensure clear communication between the team and stakeholders, especially business units, and support the team in understanding and applying agile methodologies in their day-to-day work.
- Assist in designing solutions for identified needs together with the technical and business teams.
- Support the Product Owner (PO) in prioritizing work, enabling refinements and detailing with the technical team, keeping the backlog up to date and prioritized, and ensuring clarity and estimation of work (user stories).
- Ensure the operation of Bradesco’s agile management and process control tools.
- Support the identification of risks and impediments and help resolve or escalate them collaboratively with all parties involved.
- Monitor team performance metrics and indicators and support improvements in predictability and delivery quality (PDCA).
Requirements:
- Proven experience in agile environments, focused on leading teams, delivering value, facilitating ceremonies, and advancing agile maturity.
- Skilled at fostering collaboration between business and technology areas, removing impediments, and maintaining a safe, productive environment for the team.
- Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master in agile teams, preferably in data or technology teams.
- Degree in a field related to technology, data, or project management.
- Knowledge of other agile methodologies beyond Scrum and complementary agile practices is desirable.
- Familiarity with Jira and project management is desirable.
