Job Description
Specialist in IT Governance managing incidents and promoting ITIL compliance. Ensure operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making in a consulting tech firm.
Responsibilities:
- Incident Management: Define standards, monitor critical SLAs, coordinate high-impact incidents, and consolidate executive reports.
- Problem Management: Lead root-cause analyses, develop corrective and preventive action plans, maintain a known error database, and conduct post-mortems.
- Change Management: Assess risks and impacts of strategic RFCs, coordinate CABs, and ensure clear communication of critical changes.
- Configuration Management (CMDB): Ensure CMDB integrity, map relationships between assets and services, support audits, and integrate with ITSM and monitoring tools.
- Governance and Continuous Improvement: Define and review ITIL policies, monitor strategic KPIs, identify automation opportunities, and promote training.
- Integration with Technical and Business Teams: Serve as a bridge between technical teams and executives, ensuring alignment between IT and strategic objectives.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in IT Governance and ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, and CMDB management).
- Experience with ITSM tools (Jira Service Management).
- Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting (Power BI).
- ITIL v3 and v4 certification.
- Experience managing projects and operating in complex environments.
- Soft skills: clear communication, analytical thinking, influencing, and proactivity.
- Differentiators: experience in cloud environments, process automation, and prior experience at technology companies or consulting firms.
