Job Description
IT Manager managing technology deployment for a growing ABA Therapy company. Supporting system needs for new clinic openings across various locations in the U.S.
Responsibilities:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Own the deployment and management of devices
- Play a key role in opening new clinics by coordinating technology installations
- Act as escalation point for high-priority IT issues
- Manage vendor relationships and maintain security standards across devices
- Occasional travel to support openings, audits, and troubleshooting
Requirements:
- 4+ years in IT management or senior IT support
- Experience supporting multi-site or distributed operations
- Strong Windows + Android ecosystem experience
- Hands-on MDM deployment (Intune, Kandji, Hexnode, etc.)
- Experience with:
- Security cameras (hardware/storage)
- Access control systems
- Networking stack (firewalls, switches, APs)
- Ability to build and troubleshoot secure Wi-Fi
- Comfortable working remotely and onsite when needed
