Job Description
IT Engineer role focused on smart automation and system management for a remote team aiming to innovate in health and wellness. Contribute to building reliable systems that enhance productivity and security.
Responsibilities:
- Make “IT just works” a reality across the entire company – through smart automation, clean infrastructure, and proactive improvements rather than reactive fixes
- Own the systems that let every team at Reverse Tech focus on what matters
- Play a crucial role in building and maintaining the systems and tooling that keep our teams moving fast and secure
- Work closely with stakeholders across all of Reverse Tech, contributing to our mission of improving lives and changing the world through innovative digital solutions
Requirements:
- Some programming knowledge – Python scripting, working with APIs, and comfort with a “vibe coding” approach (using AI tools to build and iterate quickly)
- A strong systems-thinking mindset: you see a manual process and immediately think about how to automate it
- Comfortable working with SaaS admin consoles, APIs, and cloud platforms
- Highly proactive, independent, and comfortable making decisions with imperfect info
- Great communicator who can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, from marketing team to senior management
- Note: We are open to promising juniors. No prior IT support experience is needed – what matters is your mindset, curiosity, and ability to figure things out.
