Job Description
IT Manager responsible for Medidata Rave support and enterprise data platform activities. Collaborating with internal teams for operational support and maintaining data integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Provide operational and technical support across digital and data platforms
- Support Medidata Rave activities including user activation
- Manage tickets and interactions with Medidata support
- Configure and maintain Rave modules and functionalities
- Provide intensive support during study start-up phases
- Support the implementation and operation of the enterprise data platform
- Identify and support resolution of data quality issues
- Perform reconciliation across datasets and systems
- Support ongoing maintenance of operational data platform
- Ensure alignment of operational data with enterprise data platform activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Medidata Rave
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to partner with business stakeholders
- Ability to balance conflicting priorities
- Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with diverse stakeholders
- Strategic thinker
